Do you accept orders over the internet ?Yes! We gladly accept orders over the internet. Click here to go to our Order Desk. Back to TopWhat is the best format to submit orders?We use both Mac and PC platforms to create and print, so we can generally support most programs. However, if you design is finished and needs no alterations, it is best submitted in TIF, BMP or PDF format. If you decide to submit the original file, please include the font suitcases, otherwise we cannot guarantee and exact typeface match. Also, files should NEVER be more than 10MB in size when submitted online. If the file is larger, we ask you submit it on CD via mail or in person. Back to TopWhy not JPG ?JPG is a compressed file format designed primarily for use on the web. While JPG images generally look great on screen, they can often suffer a great deal of image degradation (pixelation), which will make an image that looks perfect on the screen look less-than-perfect on paper. Back to TopIf I submit an order today, when can I expect it to be done ?Each job is unique, so there is no "set" turnaround time for any one job. Generally, we try to turn around short copy jobs (100 or fewer) within 24 hours. Custom printing jobs such as business stationery, cards, high volume printing or foiling and embossing require more time, so we set a turnaround time based on the complexity of the job, as well as your requirements for quality. Please be aware that quality does not always mean fast, but we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Back to TopWhat are your payment terms?You can pay for your order in full in advance if you wish using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. For all jobs we require at least 50% down before we can complete the order. You may also pay by check through U.S. Mail, UPS or DHL. What do I need to have printed?Business cards, envelopes and letterheads are the foundation of your stationery package - they tell the world who you are and what you do. After that, it depends on your business. For example, attorneys and doctors usually need many different types of forms. Restaurants need menus and order checks. Hotels need notepads, pens and guest stationery. Retail stores often need promotional materials and postcards in addition to flyers and forms. Tell us how you want to grow your business, and we can help you get there! I have printers telling me a job can't be done. What makes you different?We listen. Our team believes in our motto "We print anything but money." What many printers won't touch, we have built our business on. FROM HERNANDO COUNTY: U.S. 19 south to Pasco County. Pass Marine Pkwy and U-turn at Floramar Terrace. Turn right into Aris Plaza. FROM PINELLAS COUNTY: U.S. 19 north to Pasco County. Aris Plaza is approx. 1/2 mile north of Trouble Creek Rd. FROM HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY: Take Veterans Expressway/Suncoast Parkway (SR 589) or Gunn Hwy (CR 587) to State Road 54. Turn left on State Road 54 and head west. Turn right at U.S. (SR 54 ends there). Aris Plaza is approx 1/2 north of Trouble Creek Road on U.S. 19.
